First,  I teach and coach for Vail Resorts – I can ski with you and your family at our Park City base or Canyons base; or at Deer Valley or anywhere in the world, but it will always be booked through the Vail Resorts Ski School.

The best lessons match the student with the best coach for their style and personality, in the right kind of lesson, with equipment that has been reviewed before hand and on the right terrain – this does not happen often if a lesson is booked at the last minute, with the first available instructor…

I like to chat with a client before hand, discuss their needs and wishes, establish expectations, and set up the lesson environment for success even before we start…

Private lesson options:

We offer various options for private lessons but mostly half day and full day options.

(1 hour and 2 hour lessons are rarely available, and the office does offer them only the day of the lesson, if the school’s workload allows it). I sometimes can arrange for those on my day off, if the circumstnaces call for it – for example for a very young child who may not be able to enjoy a half day session.
